You must know HX worked from Doha in January '73.
However this was 1975 and a different Continent.

The Sudan is correct. I don't know a Kigali in the Sudan only Rwanda. Anyway from there go downstream on the Blue Nile a few hundred miles.

Yes, too far Dave. But you must have gone under this bridge.

.

The town was on the West Bank and you had to cross the bridge to get to the Airfield. The bridge is still there but I see from Google earth there is now a new one.

Well done Dave, Kosti it is. We were very surprised to find other Brits there flying Cessna Agwagons, spraying the cotton fields. Their company was Mindacre, from Topcroft Norfolk. I suspect they no longer exist. They certainly had to rough it down there.
