Guten Tag Reg ,
I'm going offline for an about an hour, So I'll ask a couple of questions before I go, the answers of which aren't apparent from the silhouette.
Is it mid or low-wing? I'm assuming from the position of the aerial that it is a single seater, but it could be a side-by-side two seat?
From the shape of the tail, it dates from the 70's on and from the "American ", I take that to mean not the USA, but how about Canada?
Catch you later
Edited to say Good Morning LM.

Thanks for that Reg, but worringly, you didn't confirm my suspicion of the "Evil" smiley after American, meaning that it wasn't from the USA and therefore not on Aerofiles either??
Been delayed a bit and gotta go again for a while, back later.
PS. Go for a hat-trick mate and put one up on What Cockpit , there's an OH there!!

Sinco:
Well, dunno what to confirm then: It's from USA but not in Aerofiles
Seen that, been tempted, and even looked for a good post, but a bit late now (for a hat-trick) because
Skytrain:
You got it! A Team (nowadays the company is called JDT) Mini-MAX. A kitplane.
Your controls.
Edit to say good edit Skytrain

Completely lost .
Questions and comments: Has this aircraft some connection to the Funk brothers (Peter and Otto)?
It is perfectly possible to have two flat piston engines with two-blade propellers located so that there is no trace of engines in a side silhouette (have seen e.g. one picture of Piper Twin Comanche like that). Is this the case here?
The tail looks like this were older than I thought or built for lower speeds than I thought. I thought STOL but that was rebutted. Is this from the '80s or older?
Good night now.
