Good afternoon skytrain,

I hope you're not suffering the weather too badly!

It is indeed a Boisavia Mercurey, I have it down as a B.60 (the three prototypes), but as that cannot be identified from the silhouette I accept your answer as correct and you have control

Hi Sinco....thanks for that. Sorry not been around lately - just busy with work with the lead up to Christmas.

Weather here has been lovely - very cold, very clear and hardly any snow. In fact today is the very first day that we may get a significant snowfall! Sadly my trips of late have suffered and I seem to have spent more time in airport lounges than flying. Oh well.

Bear with me and I'll see if I can come up with a challenge.

Thanks Ken,

Just "Fright Intrnational"; hardly missed an edition since it was a shilling but I'm afraid it's not what it used to be (Old codger speaking again) £3 a throw for a measly 50 pages if you're lucky. OK rant over!

LM, can I prevail on you to let me have one of yours please?

I used to get it through work, but I agree its no longer the publication it was, and probably serves the industry more as a job search than anything else! In my mind Air International or Aviation News are far better and much more informative.

I say, steady on old chap!!

Thanks mate; is it me and the background, or the progs you're playing with that given it a sinuous shark-like look? Great

RE. publications.

Agreed.

When I was a director of an aviation company we gave up advertising with F.I. because of the ripoff charges.

Worldwide circulation mind you.

I subscribe to an online one at work - there is no paper version. I get stuff two or three times a week. There's a new aeroplane about to be launched, but I left it on my work machine.

A project? Or maybe a cruise missile? Reminds me of one of the HOTOL designs?
I presume we are looking at it from the front and above - certainly a strange shape!

Sorry for the delay!

Just done a bit of rapid homework and realise that the way it looks is the way it is! You are looking at the front end from above, it's not Hotol and not a cruise missile, but it is from a well established company and the prototypes flew in the 1990's.
