Congratulations Skytrain the Gruse was a real hard nut to crack and we all can learn from your vast knowledge.
As a winner you are entitled to a new challenge, so I was told.
Now my question is the following:
is there a deadline within which a new challenge must be submitted by the winner? If the challenger tarries is it possible to put in a new challenge by another member?
I'm putting these questions because I'm new to this forum and do not want to infringe your protocol

Thank you S'land...a very interesting challenge. Strangely it was your first clue that worked for me...the Koller engine. Just took me time to find it!
Carson1934...a belated welcome to this group. I'll leave the more longer serving members of the group to answer your question, but I guess if it goes quiet for a day or two, then someone else can post. Having said that it is up to the winner to declare "Open House" if they have nothing to offer.
Here's something a little different:

drawbarz...well it was either one that was going to last a long time or go very quickly....it is indeed the Russian Irkut A-002, the first (and only?) product of the Irkutsk Light Aircraft Design Bureau. The prototype flew in 2002, but beyond that I am not aware of any sales.

Forget what I just said about Irkut being an off shoot of Sukhoi, I've just read elsewhere that they were a company in their own right started in 1932. But they did help Sukhoi with the SU-30...

Yes, Mel, Avia LM02 is correct but do you know the story behind it? It is very interesting if you cannot find it in English I will make a short english translation for you.
Also I did not resist the temptation of sending you schematics of an interesting italian project of the years 1935-36. I reckon you know it.
I also hope this image works as I'm having troubles transmitting images via photobucket.
Cheers and congratulations!

You see there is something fishy with this system.
Everything is correctly done my side I paste URL into message box I check it to make sure it is complete and after clicking the button submit reply the only thing that comes out is just "IMG"
Yet I have a very good PC and first class browser.
Could you give other suggestions maybe try imageshack?
Utterly discouraging!

Next Challenge
Thanks carson1934. Not sure what difficulties you are experiencing. The procedure I use is to click on the image code box of Photobucket and then select "copy" and paste directly into the PPRune message box for the thread. I then select "Review Post" this will indicate if the action has worked. If ok I then select "Submit" and away we go.
