Looks like an Aerosport Scamp
Its not, although the Aerosport Scamp was a homebuild spin off from this aircraft. I think in silhouette view it looks similar save of course for the spray bars, so I'm tempted to give it to you.

Its actually the Aerocopteros Scamp from Colombia:

Looks like you've been going the same route as me Martin - Columbia - looks very much like the Aeroandina MXP-650.
