oh.. I though a Stolp was German! Silly me!
It sounds German I know....but thats no excuse as I had also said it wasn't German!

is that your editing or is it really like that
In fairness to my amateur editing they do look pretty thin although perhaps the outer ones should have been a little thicker. Having said that I had to enhance some for them to show up at all!

I'm wondering if the lower wing has a tad of sweepback like the upper.

We must look like clients lining up outside a methadone clinic waiting for a fix.

How come you two stooges didn't progress further with this?

Enough time for another glass Graeme.

Probably because we can't find it!

I'm wondering if it's a replica of some kind.

He (Ken) said it wasn't from the 80's but it still looks modern to me. Why market a biplane, non-homebuilt, after the war?

I see you are all queing up!

it still looks modern to me
That leads me to the clues:
- it is modern, from the 2000's, and is current production model
- its classified as a LSA
- its part composite/part steel construction

Incidentally a reference on one website refers to it as a kit plane....according to the manufacturer it is not. The aircraft can only be purchased complete.
