All I did was Goggle "biplane at fly-in" and got..

Fly-in at Frank Phillips Field in Bartlesville, Oklahoma

and there it was.

It isn't solar powered and I am sure that if you do not subscribe (professionals only) to a certain aerospace website, there is no way that you have seen this before.

....unless, of course, you have encountered it by accident.

Those statements are, in themselves, clues.
