Hawker Siddeley APD.1019
Had to go up to Mach 5 before I found it.
Was about to ask if the engines could be rotated (the answer would have been yes!). I think the lift-engine was in front, under the cockpit/canards ....
Open House, as I need to go to bed now. Thanks for a good challenge and good night!

The Hawker Siddeley APD.1019 was a series of mid 1960's studies into designs for a research aircraft capable of Mach 5. Several different versions were produced, ranging from 21-58 tonnes. Configurations ranged from relatively conventional canard deltas to advanced lifting body flying wedges. Propulsion options included hydrogen fuelled scramjets and turborockets (an engine capable of operating as a turbojet or a rocket).
The HSA APD.1019E6, powered by Rolls-Royce FPS.146 Turborockets with a Rolls-Royce RB.189 lift engine for use during landing and take-off.
In addition to the lift engine, the turborocket nacelles could be rotated to provide additional lift. The cockpit hatch can be seen aft of the canard.

Breguet Br.820?
Le BREGUET 820 est l'un des nombreux projets français qui n'eurent même pas le temps de voir le jour, du fait de l'Armistice franco-allemand du mois de Juin 1940.
Edit to say about your edit: Why should I do that?

Thanks RD
The only 3-view I found showed the aircraft with a much shorter nose, to the point where the engines extended further forward than the nose.
Anyway it will have to be Open House as no ability to post images at present.
