Photo taken from a local main road roundabout upon which are rooted rather tall lightpoles. No landing short here!

In any case country with traffic driving at the right-hand side of the road.

Soddit has it, well done and over to you, mia amigo.

This aerodrome is used quite extensively as a fire-bombing base for the local hot-spots. Ag-Tractors mostly. The runway in view is approximately parallel to the costa-del-concreta shoreline, separated only by the road from which the photo was taken (in fact the far-right of the photo shows the coast road disappearing off into the distance).

The beach is lovely, by the way.

(sorry for the late response; it's been funny shifts this weekend)

Thank you Russell. Bit horrified to see from my log book that it's over 30 years since I last landed at Castillon. No hard runway then of course.

Here is the next offering. I suspect this one will not prove overtaxing !
