Whatever they’re thinking of offering needs to be more than just a few trinkets and 5 or 10 grand, and it can’t be just for a220 guys. Too little too late would be my estimation though, check the survey results for the sentiment over at NJS.

That’s hilarious. Was that from the Oman refueller?

Aviation wasn't the first profession for many people here, so yes there are a lot of people with "IR and legal backgrounds".

Fascinating isn't it.

And a lot of people who have attained high level knowledge from the almost relentless exposure that comes from working in this industry.

I’ve seen those poor blokes in MEL walking out with a bag full of empty water bottles to claim an extra $25 a day in 10c refunds.

Most of us are fairly well versed in law from the countless years of deciphering our unique regulatory environment and over complicated legislation.

IR pales in comparison to getting a simple answer from the CASRs for things that should be rather simple.

As for QF IR? I’d say you’ve skinned them. It’s now like the Japanese in WW2. They don’t know how to surrender.

However, they will. It’s just a question of how and how much longer.

And we know what led up to their surrender, kind of like PIA in a way.

14 & 15 March are strike days. The AFAP are only required to give 3 business days notice of PIA action, so it is unlikely you would find out earlier. This maximises the impact on QF ability to organise alternatives. I would say strike action early next week is very likely.

The only thing in a bottle on ice you’ll find in the street is koolaid.

There’s plenty of it there.

Do the puppies 🐶 on puppy patting day also drink the koolaid? What about the basket weavers? Yoga in the yoga garden sure does build up a thirst.

Looks like the Network pilots (I) Need of Change to their EBA.

Impressive to gain extra 20% No since last offer.
