Twiggs...Just a few questions.
1:Are you married to aircraft?
As you have the same ability to ignore the obvious.
2:Can you read?
My post said..
The operative phrase is highlighted.I said in this job not this forum but then again if you don't fly then you won't know about our job.
By the way if you are trying to attack another persons credibility you have to have some yourself.Hmmmmmmm

sorry lobe, you misinterpreted my post.
I was trying to say thank you for highlighting that it is indeed only a rumour and quite likely a myth.
I meant your street cred could be damaged because saying that the rumour may not be true might be seen as agreeing with me.

All QANTAS FA's are equal however some are more equal than others........
Let's see twiggs.
Australian based LONGHAUL FA's wishing to become a Business/First FA will have to complete an application form outlining experienced gained through attendance of wine programs, the premium masterclass [whatever that is?], XO training [whatever that is] etc.
They will also need to "attend" a phone interview and show evidence of "endorsement signatures" from CSM's and their individual manager.
Historically, they have also had to deliver presentations to their peers during group interview processes.
Can someone confirm for me that the requirements for an Auckland based FA to become a B/First is not even the ability to say YES, as they we just automatically appointed to the B/First position............

Sydney S/H...Discussing Twiggsy girl and suggesting that she is a tool is a contradiction in terms.........although she has claimed that she isn't gay.

sydney s/h (bigger tool),
It is definitely a shot at a contradictory company policy, not at crew, but don't let that stop you having a go at me before you know one way or another.
And lobe, same to you.

Twiggsy girly ...to be fair to sydney s/h you have to look at your past and it's a reasonable thing to say that you have for the most part supported the company and not the crew.
I suppose though that if you are in the office then you are going to do that.

I beg to differ lobe, in fact I have defended vehemently in the past, crew from L/H, S/H, AKL, LHR, BKK, MAM, anyone who has had cheap shots taken at them by the extremist, elitist minority of L/H crew who post here who are so selfish to think their way is the only way.
By the way FOL
P.S. if it makes you feel better to think I am female and work in the office and don't fly, then go ahead.
If you are getting your jolly's because you think when you tell me where to go you think that you are doing so to a manager, then you are ripping yourself off.
Fact is, you are belittling the views of a L/H flight attendant, someone that everyday that he goes to work, comes across more people with similar views to him than the negative views that are portayed here by you and your brethren.

I don't think I am the only one with that opinion twiggsy girl....and here is just ONE example of you defending crew. This was in response to a question from RedTbar
Nothing taken out of context there Twiggsy and we can all see where your real sympathies, attitude and intentions lie....

Now for twiggsy girls answer....
I very much doubt it RedTBar.
Even Emirates have no crew rest seats on their 777's.
Jet* Asia definitely do not have them and I can't imagine Jet* international would waste valuable pax seats to put crew in when they have perfectly good jump seats to sit in.

You really are pathetic lobe,
as you can see now that you have quoted the whole post, I gave examples of airlines that do not provide cabin crew rest on medium haul sectors, which to an intelligent person would imply that a budget carrier would certainly follow suit if they could, hence the sarcasm.
In fact, try another example, our own QF short haul 737's, no crew rest seats on these babies.
Ask sydney s/h where some of them go for crew rest/eat meals on a 5 hours sector SYD-PER if they don't want to be disturbed by pax; flight deck!
It in no way reflected what I would like or would hope would be to be the case, just reality.
