ask sydney s/h where some of them go for crew rest/eat meals on a 5 hours sector SYD-PER if they don't want to be disturbed by pax; flight deck!
....

Well twiggsy you don't have to be on a 737 on a Per trip to not have any crew rest do you?

I think however,if you look at what Tbar was asking and you will see the difference. It's true that not having a crew rest on a SYD/PER is bad enough but the question was about SYD/HNL/SYD and I imagine the others that J* international use.

They could always do what the office and you suggest and that is why do they need crew rest seats when there are perfectly good jump seats.

in fact I have defended vehemently in the past, crew from L/H, S/H, AKL, LHR, BKK, MAM,
..

Can you give us some examples of Australian based L/H crew you have vehemently defended.

That is opposed to those L/H crew you started rumours about.....

No lobe the question was a general one about Jetstar international, tbar gave the HNL example as it is the longest sector they do.
I answered this question:

I defended the Aust based L/H crew when sydney s/h bagged us about the NRT disruption, but you were too busy to notice as you were getting your rocks off because you stupidly thought I could have only known that info if I worked in the office.

You hate having your words taken literally in other threads, then bag others for the literal meaning of their posts.

Get over it lobe, you are a hypocrite.

Oh yeah I forgot

Calm Down Children !

Again we find ourselves in mindless tit for tat sniping !
Everyone has a viewpoint and we should be able to comment with a viable answer or debatable alternative without character deriding retalitory attacks.
Yes, I had to jump though "flaming hoops" to become a Bfirst and now I am such a valuable asset to the company, they refused my VR request. Have also been informed by my illustrious Team Manager, no more VR till after the new EBA. Company thinks the dinosaurs will die out in droves once they take away their bidding and seniority. Now that's what I call an interactive LHCabin Crew Promotion initiative.

Dinosaurs

The dinosauars will stay long enough to burn significant amounts of accumulated sick leave.
The dinosaurs are not intimidated by this lot.
The worst management can do is sack them...but they do need a reason to do that.
Just a little bit of fun before they leave at a time of their choosing.

Do you have any idea??? You are not entitled to a crew rest on a SYD-PER, only a SYD-PER-SYD.
And in my time in flying i have NEVER seen a cabin crew member take a meal into the flight deck, nor sit down and take their break up there. The techies would tell them where to go. Especially on a 737 where there is very little room.

Thanks for helping me make my point, tool.
So that leaves the toilet as the only place you can go and sit away from passengers that is not a jumpseat on a 737.

P.S. the flight deck definitely has been used in the past on a 737, but maybe before your time, or maybe not in your base.
Silly me for thinking a tool like you would know.

Geez your a knob Twiggs.

Have you ever operated on a 737?

You can close the curtains to allow some privacy. Works fine and the crew do that all the time.

Of course you'd know that.

Give it a rest....

Eating a crew meal on the flight deck of a 737. It has been done, it is likely it will be done again. I've seen it and I've done it.

Case closed move on..... please?
