Well, it couldn't have been because it has just taken-off from HeliBase and flown past

Maybe i should post the newpaper artical of the F.M. person who crooked his licence and got punished for it. (Won't mention the story about his imposing to be a Doctor and getting bust - another bit of twang for this guy). Back to the fraudulant licence which was sighed out by his bum buddy who resides at the CAA and shares the same apartment when in Cape....I can only wonder....what goes on...
LH
Everytime you put your fingers on the computer, you continue to verify your a moron........FM who uses his Name on here, holds a valid SA Commercial Helicopter License. If you knew the situation in totality you would also know that those who created the mess have paid dearly and others will do so in the future. That is PAID as in financially.
If you think fraud was involved, bring your charges to the Police.

By the way its REDNECK. the other READ is something you didnt do much in school.

..and all the rest. Getting into a written debate and being unable to write properly (spelling, grammar, syntax, etc.) is a bit like getting into a fight without knowing how to use your fists...you're going to come second every time.

On the other hand, if you can express yourself well, your argument will always have more credibility...even if you're talking twaddle!

If you don't believe me...go sit in a court and listen to the arguments: some of those advocates can convince you black is white, simply because they express themselves so well.

LH - you probably meant to say "NOT ACCEPTABLE", as opposed to "NOT EXCEPTABLE"...but I guess we all understood what you were trying to say!

Any pupil who thinks that the SCA ruling will make a difference, or keep the Huey on the ground for more than a week, put up your hands....now let's not always see the same hands, class!

"There is no problem with military aircraft. Just comply with the laws & regulations..... Thunder City never has a problem....but the Huey boys...Oh boy"

Did Thundertown not drop a piece of A/c on top of some kid cause a good bit of damage to the poor dude???

Also, did they not piss fuel all the way down some runway in CT???

Like i said in previous posts, in aviation there is always risk.

The Huey has had more than 11600 + - members enjoy themselves and they liked it so much that they'll be back - Good numbers right and not injuries

PILOT JAILED

FIVE YEARS imprisonment without the option of a fine was the sentence imposed recently by the Regional Court in Pretoria on a South African agricultural pilot, Foxtrot Mike, who was found guilty on a charge of falsifying a pilot's licence with intent to defraud.

The court found that Mr Mike had falsified a United States FAA Private Pilot's to make it appear to be a Commercial Pilot's Licence. He has then requested the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) to validate the FAA licence,

A CAA inspector suspected the licence to be falsified and contacted the FAA which confirmed that no commercial licence has ever been issued to Mr Mike.

Commenting on the outcome of the case and the sentence, the Chief Director of the CAA, Rennie van Zyl, said that a proper example has been made of Mike and that the industry should take note that the CAA would pursue cases where irresponsible individuals jeopardised flight saftey.

Van Zyl said it was the duty of the CAA, being a signatory to the Chicago Convention, to ensure safe skies and a properly regulated enviroment for aviation.

MAN GESTRAF NA' HY VLIEGLISENSIE VERSIEN

Just a little interesting reading about some of the people who fly in our skies....and how the SACCA can allow these people to continue???? Maybe this should be on the CAA thread??

Latent Heat.
You are such an a********.
Next time you post something on the pprune,be very sure of your facts and the remainder to the story.
Sure the certain individual caused chaos, but next time, post the sequal to the 1st story..

It would be interesting for you to let CAA know that this person is still gracing our skies,BUT now with a VALID SA Comm licence and half his ATP subjects.

Remember the next time you drive drunk....it amounts to driving without a drivers licence....

Be sure of your facts...Oh and dont forget the gloves.
You are a joke.

Just a thought guys - NASA taught a monkey how to fly a rocketship, LH is proof positive that you can teach an idiot how to fly a helicopter. There is no hope left. Time to retire and leave it to the amatures. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth.

Latent Heat ..... an ******** for sure. It was CAA who spotted and charged the individual, why harangue them?? No doubt the guy is a good (but chastened) aviator and now able to fly legitimately for hire and reward.

Your point was??

The moderator came forward in the past and confirmed that 4 pseudonyms all came from the same IP address. That was a noble thing to do considering this site consists mainly of anonymous forums and users.

The above is my problem..The whole Huey operation is not as bad as these unsrupulous individuals make it out to be.

Having read thru these posts, I remember that the same old story was posted by Injector on the then SACAA thread sometime last year.

There must also be a damn good reason why this indivudual you're constantly referring to still flies, and why the SACAA allows him to fly? Maybe you know something that we don't know?

I also remember from these threads that this individual flew the Huey for about 2 years, and always fiercely defended it under his own name.

I think you've missed the point and the plot here. It appears that for some reason or the other, maybe due to your insecurity and/or lack of common understanding, you're using this forum to consistently defame and attack the innocent, which is not only in poor taste, but clearly proves that you find it very difficult to handle the fair criticism you're getting on your Huey.

You must remember this is a rumour network on which aviators mostly express their opinions and thoughts. A great deal of it goes about aviation safety and related issues. It is clear from your postings that you don't understand much of the above, and I would like to recommend to you that you find an alternative way to pass your boring day, other than to use this forum to post duff gen and to vent your "wannabee" frustration! This is a forum for professionals not for morons!

Furthermore I see LH deleted a couple of his posts...... the ones of yesterday where he confirms he's a pilot, got the hours, check with the SACAA etc. Maybe the dude got cold feet after he got caught by the Moderator!

Scared someone will verify and post here that you hold no SACAA licenses of any sort whatsoever Mr. LH?

Eesch, da grey matter is seriously in the lacking here.....

Always inverted, i dont remember posting about my hours, licences etc but to put your mind at ease, take your time and speak to your buddies at the SACAA..you know my name, you then can get my licence number....A very professional instructor from Starlite CT will give you the hours....you want it , you work for it.

This will also be my last posting...i will sit back with the cold ones and view this saga from the back seat.

Now you all can have a party.

LH. Since FM is out of the country, let me just bring folks up to date. This happened many years ago and has since been rectified in the court system. The U.S. FAA made a mistake and We have to assume, paid dearly for it. That amount is unknown to us based on the court order. (You know what that is?? The thing that keeps scrap metal gracing the cape skies??)
For you to continue to harp about FM shows that you dont have much to hang your hat on. Besides he is not the one who is giving you a bad time. Your doing it to yourself. For what reason I will never understand. We would much rather hear the excuses for that scrap metal flying, coming from someone who has some reason to make it fly.

This will also be my last posting
Come now, your Prozac is just kicking in.....Dont lie to us.........
Huey Threads have dominated this forum since the first whop whop hit the cape. Dont quit on us now. At this rate you'll end up base jumping off Table Mountain.

Aw, gee... wanna play with the big boys but can't keep up huh..?

- and then you get bust by the Towers as well..

Yeah, yeah - go back to taking tickets and being the CEO/CFI/MMWC (wannabe) and we will all watch and wait and see.

Well, it seems you still want to take on the Waterfront, FM and the CAA - are your 11,000 "members" going to cover you when all your assets get siezed in one of the 'soon to be anounced' civil law suits..?

Bye-bye..
