Would love any top tips on what the next Kura/Netjets tests are like or how to best prep for them as well!!

It's worth reading back through previous threads on recruitment at NetJets.

I found this from 2 years ago.

I can confirm that the online tests are CUT-e, and can be worked on pilotest.com

Typical competency based questions (Tell me about a time when...)​ with minor twists. Review STAR method of answering questions and how to demonstrate pilot competencies as you do that (communication, leadership, technical and pocedural knowledge, *customer service*, etc).
Usual opening questions you might expect from the interview as well as questions about your understanding of the role itself.
Make sure to have all your docs with for verification.​​​​​​

Here’s a tip, don’t have a heavy night before the sim ride as there are alcohol (and psychoactive) tests.

I may have misunderstood, but I believe the next window will open in sept 24. As per company internal summit last week.

funnily enough i was already doing it for netjet but not kura, guess the Linkd algorithm didnt show me the post about it(discovered it here on the thread the 25, one day after the closing date)
as i said, good luck to all that manage to get an interview, hopefully in sept i can have a shot on calling you all collegues

You need to set up a Job Alert for the company to be sure of getting the notification - but following Kura is also a valid strategy as they seem to have been resurrected like a Phoenix purely to deal with our recruitment.

NetJets just announced a massive order for up to 250 Embraer Praetor 500. Deliveries should start in 2025.

Did anyone get a response yet after doing the online assessment? Either positive or negative? And if so when did you do the assessment? I haven't heard anything as of right now after doing them last Monday.

I have done it on Tuesday and no response. Deadline is on Sunday so I guess we should receive response next week.

How were you guys notified by Kura? I haven't received any reply since I sent them my application in April.

By e-mail that I have been invited for online assessment. And couple of days later again same email with corrected link to online assessment.

I have been invited by email for the second stage (online interview) today. Assessment done Thursday and Friday.

Hi everyone!
Also got the email to the online interview yesterday night, but I'm on duty so kind of hard to pick a time when I'll for sure not be flying..
Competency based questions means: about yourself, situations based on previous experience but does it also mean all kinds of ATPL questions too?.. was hoping thats only by reaching Farnborough.
