I received offer with different base that I accepted after passing selection and is Confair contract. In country where I should be based there is no Confair. Can someone advise? It can take several months to get a local contract, as having a local contract and being paid in local currency is dependent on having a local residency permit/work visa. |
It actually depends on your origin nationality and target base country. For example, an EU citizen going to EU base will receive a local contract straight away (albeit a training one, after release will be amended).

SFO on average €3.500 on a busy month. However, the Italian contract hopefully may be subject to improvements with the next salary review next April.
The removal of the country multiplier is a hint that each compensation policy will be tailored to the specific country and tax code. |
