The 5/4 roster simply isn't 5/4, you can be rostered to finish at 2am on day 6 because they don't consider that to impinge on your day off. For 3 months of the year it is random roster. Last Christmas I flew 98 hours in the last 3 weeks of December ending with a 14.5 hr extended duty to Egypt on New Years Eve, it was exhausting and I totally missed Christmas and the run up at home.

The company pay skippers a pension contribution of £183 a month. Yes, the company only pay A320 skippers 5% of your earnings between £6,240 and £50,270 (Statutory minimum) and no salary sacrifice is available. They were talking about salary sacrifice, EV scheme, cycle to work and part time, expansion, new bases etc the entire two years I worked there.

They got my final pay wrong and owe me nearly £1000 but HR simply ignore my emails.

Have a look at where the airline was ranked by 189 pilots who work there. It came out as a 'social misfit' which is defined as airlines that 'score low on almost all aspects. Pilots indicate little appreciation or satisfaction with these employers'. To give an indication, Ryanair is in the category above. Wizz ranks 44/50 European airlines so there is plenty of scope to move on to somewhere better, safer, and operating within the law; as I did and many others continue to do.

That is what MoL used to say a few years ago. Then they ended up with summer ‘17 mayhem canceling flights all over the place due lack of crewing. The rest is history.

Almost all correct. Random roster now is only one month per year and you decide which one: July, August or 15 December-15 January.

Unions are banned. This is one of several ways your legal rights will be broken. They have a body called the ‘People Council’ so the workers can feel like they have a voice (when they in no way do).

There was never a problem with not respecting the FTLs... Only that they are exploited to a legally allowed maximum.

Yes, actually WAH and WMT accept non-EU passports but be ready to be assigned to a non-EU base (KUT, TIA, SKP) and in case you want go to EU - visas and permits will be on your own.
Also WAZ may be an option for you.
