My guess. A training flight with a cadet on board. That's a 15kt crosswind landing, so my guess is cadet didn't follow through with enough rudder post rollout, applied late or worse pressed the wrong pedal. This same attitude you hear on the frequency is what resulted in a SmartWings 737 flying single engine for almost 90 minutes over Europe. Men of steel out there. Nothing can be done to break their steely resolve.

Additionally, has anyone passed the assessments for Avion Express' cadets recently? Would love some feedback especially regarding the simulator scenario. Thanks!

What I say is true. They did not mention why I was sent back from line training.
A lot of lies and dishonesty occuring for Avion Express and Eagle Jet.
To answer your second paragraf with you mentioning another termination. Funly enough this is from a company you also "provide pilots for" which is Bulgaria Air. Who are also running a criminal business. Many of my friends who payed through you have complained to have bought a paytofly through you. Again lies and false promised given. So I have been unfairly terminated by 2 compamies who are criminal and that I have no respect for. But I tell stories and help people so they dont fall in your traps. I suggest you change your behavior and get honest for your own good. I am a great guy and never deserved this inhuman disgusting behaviour from such low life people like yourself, Avion Express and Bulgaria Air.

Btw I have flown about 100 hours for Trade Air last summer season after the Avion Express scam with great result and a nice recommendation letter. I hear simular horrible stories like mine being experience by other pilots both at Avion Express and Bulgaria Air. Sad. Hopefully people are now better informed. I am a good guy with high moral and integrity. I am successful in many areas and I dont belong in rotten places like Avion Express and Bulgaria Air. We are surprised by your comments.
1- You were verbally warned by the airline to immediately change your unprofessional behavior from the start of the line training phase. In view of the lack of improvement which followed on your part, the airline personnel had to organize a meeting during which you were again officially informed of this warning and you were again clearly given the reasons for it. Unfortunately, again to no effect as you kept the same unprofessional behavior which led to your obvious and justified termination. It is rare for a pilot who is accepted by an airline after passing the screening to be terminated especially with this airline whose personnel is always trying to go above and beyond to help and assist cadets to do well. For you to have the audacity to mention that "no reason given why" regarding your termination is totally false and clearly reflects a personality which is unfit for the role.
2- We noticed by reading your recent posts that you have been just terminated by a second airline which has no connection with the first one just a few months after your first termination. According to your post, this again occurred during your line training. An airline pilot career is challenging. When you receive a negative result or outcome, you draw the conclusions, learn from them so it does not happen again and move forward. Unfortunately, it seems that this is not your case and it is highly likely you will keep receiving the same negative results as long as you do not make the needed corrections regarding your behavior. Being in denial of your repeated unprofessional behavior in a work environment as sensitive as the one of the airlines not only to yourself but also to third parties will not help you moving forward.

your post here at PPRuNe and your website are making the rounds already - most likely - not only in my peer group. It will be hard to explain your future employer (hopefully permanent) why you logged very few hours already in three different outfits, none of them widely known for its outstanding training or safety culture. Please keep in mind for your career that changes of company are big things, even if they were scam or go bankrupt after you joined, blame can go down on you for bad planning or lack of information gathering.
I think brining up this matter with your real name and License Number on your website was a huuuge mistake, even though there's a chance that all your claims are 100% correct, it can't be proven easily and in doubt an airline HR donkey will have huge concerns about your personality. Btw. WE PILOTS NEVER share our license number in public, keep it in mind Mr DK.FCL.1XXXX4, because there's someone waiting for a good career at Correndon NL.
I really honor that you already have a side business and studies running, but for airlines it also looks like they can't have you a 100% when they need it. That's something for 3.000h++ FOs bored by waiting for a free seat on the left. If you do it to survive, do it, but don't make it bigger than necessary, right now your focus must be a 100% on your biggest passion aviation. I'm sorry to say, but being a pilot is in most cases a bit more than a job, unfortunately it's a life with little room left for wife/husband, kids and friends, what's considered as mental health factors (or the exact opposite sometimes).
I'm the Windows 98 Generation, so I have to admit that I don't understand a lot of this social media stuff, but most of the senior pilots (the one you're sitting face to face at the interview) are the same. I don't like pilots uploading pictures of themself in our uniform regularly or showing colleagues or company documents in the Internet. I have absolutely no problem with the first if I have the impression that he/she is doing a good job because he/she deserves to represent us. But nowadays I see way to many low blowers feeling comfortable with their mediocre/poor performance, likely because the feedback on Instagram is more important than their performance on duty. Maybe you go a bit below the radar until you're a pilot, right now you're just a license holder ready to be kissed by captains to become a princess one day.
Last but not least the Pilot community is pretty small, unless you start and retire within a big legacy it's easy to get information about anyone, because somehow we're all connected and if the claims about gross misbehavior are true, the source is just a phone call away. I think even I know a LTC at Armageddon Express and I left Europe in the last century to China and UAE. So if it's true, you'll need to do a 180 and get back on track.
I hope I could give you some free of charge ideas how you can make it into a cockpit and become a pilot one day. You're welcome!
