In accordance with.
I did the assessments the 12th of September alongside with other candidates. No news about them.
And no idea about the actual waiting time inside the pool.

Hey guys

Does anyone knows if they offer a bond for TR or they cooperate with some banks for loan upon contract?

Also, can you move from any european base to Swiss bases?

No agreements with banks, and no bond at the moment.

Transfers to switzerland not possible at the moment, but a new transfer protocol should be approved in a few months and that will probably change it.

Hello There!

Are there any Non Type Pilots here in the holding pool for 2020?
If so, how long have you been in the pool? And for what bases? Any idea on any Type Rating Dates?

Same here, although only since October 2019. London Milan, or Palma. Not sure why they continued to interview if they had a hold pool from Feb last year.

Hey guys,

I am also in the pool since Sept 2019 (NTR FO). Anybody has any info on the next type rating courses or recruitment needs in 2020?

No planned DEC recruitment for the UK in 2020 and all planned UK fo recruitment for 2020 is covered by flight school allocations. Of course in this game things can change very quickly, the emphasis being on the word "planned".

Ive been in the hold pool since July 2019. I have just received a message from EasyJet that the hiring requirements have been filled for 2020 and I'm in the pool until October 2020 .

I turned down their first base option, biggest mistake ever. Live and Learn I guess!!

Leave is around 25/27 days for a full timer, depending on the country you are based.
Also part time options available and how to get them change considerably depending on where you are based.
There are a few 50% and 75% part time options, some of which require quite some seniority.
No DEC recruitment expected this financial year and no growth expected next year, for the record.

Out of curiosity what was the first base option that they offered you?

Fairly easy/quick for FOs to get base transfers. Just get your foot in the door and make it work until then is my advice. I couldn’t be happier as a Capt who came

Got an email that all courses for 2020 are booked, to be patient in the holding pool for 2021. And that's for TR'ed guy, I'm guessing they have even less need for non-TR pilots.

Is Easyjet paying for the TR for Non type rated pilots again or do you still pay yourself? I heard they were going back to paying for it and wondering if that program has started again. Im an experienced pilot, plenty of jet, just no TR.
