^^ What makes you so entitled to join those airlines?
It is not your birth right to get a shiny jet straight after your CPL, there are plenty of charters and Flying schools hiring freshers but I guess that is not worthy of your time.

LieDetector - It is you who goes about telling a few members on the DGCA ATPL thread to read instructions/guidelines and previous posts for answers to all their queries. And then you send me a message asking for the SpiceJet recruitment personnel's email id. Go through the entire SpiceJet recruitment thread and dig it out yourself. You've been talking a lot of nonsense anyway.

@bayblade: Well I guess, the Interview that I have been called for in January is just my imagination
PM me If you want more details.
@smurf
I tell it like it is, the intelligence of most of the Indian wannabes is absolutely astounding, most of you cannot comprehend a simple passage in English.
Been spoon fed all your life by mommy and daddy's silver spoon.

LieDetector - I reckon you should question your intelligence before you go all out on others. I'm sure you're pretty good at comprehending simple passages in English. You're not from another planet, are you? Let me just repeat it for you LieDetector (wherever you are from) - You may find the email id of the recruitment personnel on your own from this thread! It would hardly take 5 minutes if you go through all the pages. Stop sending PMs to me asking for the email id. You're a waste of time.

Sweptair and SCPL - On the previous page, I posted a copy of an email dated 13th December 2011 from Mahantesh Pyati which clearly stated they shall get back to me incase any requirement/position comes up in future. Considering that, I don't know where this tentative date 'January 5th' came from. Any reliable source, Sweptair...or are you just creating some unwanted excitement here?

Mr.Smurf,
Till now they havent completed the process of Typerated exam, Though they have conducted Typerated Exam last month, for some resaons they are conducted the Re-exam for the same as on 15th Dec, So now its CPL holders turn, for exam, most probably on January.

Yes, there was a Re-exam yesterday for Typerated canditates.
Last 17th Nov exam, comprised of Technical & Performance paper. Technical paper was full of technical stuffs only ( from FCOM's- which Typerated ppl supposed to know), which some canditates were not comfortable with, and reported the management about their inability to score good marks.
Hence, for the same Spicejet arranged the Re-exam for favouring them, on 15th December. The Technical paper had 40% of operations questions (ETOPS & PBN etc,...), which only those ppl attended the classes can answer (Indirectly forcing out those ppl who didnt attended their classes). So, those candidates who didnt attend their classes and paid money only for exam must have gone waste.
First exam (17th Nov.) was clean & fair and it was like a real technical exam, yesterday exam technical paper questions were already been lying with some 5 to 6 ppl before the exams. It seems re-exam was conducted to favour those canditates. In addition the paper was with operations stuffs to eliminate the students who didnt attend their class.
Legally, technical paper should consists of Airplane Technical from FCOM's, or the introduction of operations questions has to be advised to all the canditates. However on the name of technical paper Spicejet has introduced operations questions to favour few ppl, is not fair on their part.
so canditates who didnt attend their classes should join together and fight legally on this issue, Rs.25000/ for an exam is an hard earned money........................

What are you guys studying to prepare for it?
And how does one enroll for these exams?
My application sent to the Spicejet HR by mail has gone unanswered. So I have not got one of those "Dear Capt..." mails yet..

Did you send your CV to Mahantesh? I don't see any reason as to why he wouldn't respond to it. Anyway, hang in there.
For the SG exam, I assume it will require another round of preparation for the DGCA exam. Though I'm pretty sure their exams are nowhere along the lines of the Jet Airways/IndiGo exams.

He might not have recieved your email, he recieves more than 100 CV's daily and i dont think he replies to everyone. Try sending hard copy to their address.
And dont wait for spice exam, its totally random process, No surity that you would recieve a call for the next exam.
Same thing with indigo, These airlines have nothing in proper order.
You need a luck to recieve a call for the written exam...
