I got two emails from them. One informing about the exam and the other asking for my CPL no. Am I good to go tommorow with the DD for 25K or should I wait for more correspondence?

25 k for the written exam?wow they seem to have raised their bar from extracting 20 k to 25 k!good luck to all the fellas appearing!hope spice is sensible enough NOT to amke money out of us next time.

Exam Prep
Guys, any ideas/suggestions or tips for prepping up for this exam? It's my first ever, so I'm kind of all over the place. Does spice have a pattern they follow? Anything on those lines? Any specific books I should be going through? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Could Anyone please provide me and Email ID on which i should send them my resume in order to get a call someday ? their website shows the email IDs for Cabin crew, expat pilots and few others but doesnt mention the one for trainee first officer. please help...

I spoke to Mahantesh yesterday and he informed me that the list of candidates for this attempt is finalized and new candidates will not be issued roll number for this attempt.
Like others, I had also mailed my resume from time to time but have not received any communication from them till date.
All the best to the guys who have been shortlisted.

Stable extrovert - You spoke to Mahantesh? When exactly did you send your CV to him? I reckon the blokes who sent it before September 2011 have been called for the exam. Wonder what his side of the story is all about.

Hey guys... I heard in their previous attempt there were questions on mathematics and physics too..... but I dont know what kind of questions were there..
does anyone has any clue about it. and what books we should refer for technical ?

i recieved only the first mail that is the call letter.not the second one.but this is my second attempt.im i good to go or need to recieve the second mail asking for cpl no but i assume he must have it already hence not asking.

Wow! You're very lucky to be invited for the second time. If you got the call yesterday, you're good to go. When you acknowledge, I think you can mention your CPL number in that email. Where is this exam held in Gurgaon?

I also asked him whether I could come over to Gurgaon with the DD and relevant documents to get a roll number which he refused.

I did read somewhere in this forum that someone who was called for the cancelled exam for CPL holders has also not been shortlisted for this attempt. Stable Extrovert - "The process of selection is an internal process?" That sounds dodgy. To cover up the non-transparent process, I'm sure they must be inviting candidates who aren't influential. It is ridiculous, the fact that Mahantesh hasn't replied to your emails dating back to 2010. I don't know how this entire thing works.
