It feels very sad to see pilots are used as cow milking money by this so called bloody airlines.
But why to feel bad and get depressed when almost 3 out of 5 person said about how this is going to an eye wash and wasting money to sit for Spicejet exam.
Knowingly people went and gave them 20k Rs to just warm the hands of those mid level cons and in process waste time along with effort.
Still people will run after next attempt in the hope of making it big.

"When opportunity comes your way take it with both hands"
And there was reason for people to pay the Rs. 20,000 and write the exams as the last time was fair and worth the effort put into studying for it. I met people who did not clear the March attempt and still said that it was an easy exam. So, there really wasn't too much doubt in believing that this attempt would be on the same lines.

Try again in spice or any other airlines which charges 20K Rs for an exam of elementary diploma level with some patches of aviation.
Its your money .... your life.... your career..
Only stating what is truth.

Indigo exam is going on every month.
Jet did 2 recruitment drives in last 10.
Cost guard is always bumping with vacancies twice a year.
So you mean if there is no option then you will go and pay ransom to sit for exams which are total eye wash ?
Get rating in flooded over supplied market and then get depressed ?
Next what P2F or doing MSD- Lion air program or Blue star job ?
Its true that last Spicejet exam was fair but how can you call it fair when only 310 pilots are " INVITED " for exam out of 4000 ...well i am not judging authenticity of last exam or this exam but the way Spicejet exams are always organised, it certainly is raises questions.
Anyways as Sonsal said pilots have no option then they should'nt feel bad either.
PS :I did't wanted to OFFEND anyone but if i have then i regret.

Whatever you say i think every guy should take all the opporutnites he gets and work hard for that till they get the job anywhere...just simply missing out the exam because of the airline fees doesnt make any sense to me when one is waiting since 2008/09 as you said..
Indigo was charging 375$ for more than 1 year and those who paid and worked hard got in..
Now they have stopped taking money because they need pilots desperately........1 aircraft a month they are adding in their fleet and thats a lot.
Talking about Spicejet fees . Yes they are making money, they are running an airline so making a lil business out of this. They dnt need pilots so deperately as indigo needs so till that time they can make some money....

@ice_veins
there's a simple formula which you can follow for this,
"A to B measures 227°T at A and 225 T at B"
easiest way to this and it works everytime - if (A~B) =< 180 deg, then its the Northern hemisphere. if (A~B) > 180deg then its in the Southern Hemisphere.
hope this helps.
cheers,
P

wake up guys
guys guys guys!!!!
wake up please, its for your own good. spicejet is just making money out of these exams. anyway with the present spicejet economy and news about 2G scam, it should be obvious by now to you all, that spicejet is just eyewashing you all.
for the records, the candidates who are selected are already pre-selected even before the exams are conducted. may be 1-2 candidates actually make it big with there preparations/hard work, rest everything is planned and plotted.
you want to pay 20k and be amongst those 1-2 guys, or u want to save ur parents hard earned money whatever u can now, and then try for some other airline.
about the airlines exam, open up ur gates and broaden your horizon, there is not a single airline in this world, who would charge you a single penny for a interview/induction process. its only here that spicejet is doing this and looting you people because they know you all are desperate.
I myself am working with spice, but trust me, if given an option, i would resign today and if needed, sit idle at home for few months before i get another job.

As you are working in Spicejet, could you just tell few of us about which door is to be knocked for backdoor entry.
Who should be first contacted - HR cons or Directors ?
How much should we do the toll-moll for DEC job ?
How should we approach street beggars for a DEC job ?
Who got absolute power of day to day affiars( Milking Pilot's) ?
Please do suggest some way or other way to prospective naive pilots about " how to get robbed of money and time ". Curiously waiting for your honest suggestions.
