@aadityaslg I am not saying all jet pilots are kachara, but there are lot pilots in jet airways also like in spice & indigo, who got in recently and taking the seats of lot of good pilots , so before saying anything to me, please see with your open eyes... I know jet is the best company in india... and thats because of their pilots and management only... i am not denying that... but i know some pilots who are not able to tell the radial if they are given a problem of RMI but still got selected in Jet. Those tests might be a norm of good selection procedures... but these are often used as a weak-point of selection procedure to take loved ones in... Jet might have best training standards in india but their induction process does have faults, you can not deny that. Don't tell me to mind my language, that is the best word to describe such people. training standard is different thing, they may train them to be good, but at the time of selection, they were not good. I know jet instructors and examiners won't let them pass so easily... that's they had to re-assess and recruitment process has been stopped.
Now, If you know, jet examiners also say that standard of the new pilots has fallen down... please do some study/research before commenting.
There were lots of loop-holes also in the exams conducted you must be knowing. there had been a discussion over that also in this forum only in another thread

i happen to have alot of friends who got in through that jet recruitment and most of them deservedly so, the mental ability test separates the smart ones from the book smart ones if you know what i mean. because its easy to mug up from a book and go blurt it out on paper but if you arent smart then you will never clear the mental ability test, but as you said there were loop holes in the process. at no point am i indicating that any influence was used, but the fact that people were called back for a 2nd and 3rd round of inteviews shows, that the standard for whatever reason was a little lower especially those in the later batches, then a loop hole in the gd was ppl from the same region were made to compete against each other, i know most of you might not think it makes a difference but for me it does. my personal opinion, just thought i would put it out there.

as I said my friend... I know what mental ability test do & what are they for... You are not talking against it because your deserving friends got in & I am good to hear that good people are also getting in... But trust me Jet is not 100% transparent. I would like clear out 1 thing, I am not against mental ability test, but aviation knowledge test (Domain aptitude Test) should have advantage over reasoning test that's what I really feel ... let's not fight over that, that is endless topic , everyone has his observations & opinions, so don't oppose anyone. This forum is to help each other, not to fight over a topic which we can not control.

even if there is a spice jet exam on 7th may...i don't think we need to break our heads to find out if its really there or not... its only for jugaadu people!!!
we jobless pilots have nothing much left...ai going in dumps...jet on hold...kingfisher not hiring...spice all jugaadu... leaves us all with only indigo..!!!!!

We complain about "JUGAADS" , some people are called "KACHRAS".. But when it comes to ourselves we forget all about it!
You could not even stop your self from using your "Jugaad" just to find out your score!
And please put a valid point forward instead of trying to start yet another "dog fight" on pprune.. You can PM me all the curse you got.. lets not bother other people on the forum!

dude its not called JUGAAD if you try to find out why havent you cleared a written exam...and if you wanted to know your score you could have even written to the jet airways hr and they could have mailed you your scores...and now i dont think thats JUGGAD..coz if i did have JUGAAD I would have been flying by now....so think before you even touch your keyboard...i just did that coz i didnt have to wait a lot of time coz i was very curious to know what went wrong..as i was expecting to clear the exam...so kindly use your peanut sized brain to interpret things and then even think of commenting on it...

"slg" would have taken less time and effort to type..
Anyways my "peanut" size brain helped me clear all the 7 CASA, 2 DGCA, and Jet Airways exam first attempt, with an average of 88%.
N.B: I don't know how much I scored in Jet Airways test. May be now I will write them a mail.

well as far as i know jet airways do not really tell you your score even if you ask. a friend of mine who failed and was dead sure she would clear tried to do the same, but obviously to no avail.

All i can see on this thread is " how many batches ...how many pilots they took ...how many of them are doing TR on dash...how many got call for their X number of batch."....but not a single reply of what happened to pilots other than those 310 who gave exam.
Do anyone over here cares about few posters trying to find and asking about What about those pilots who sent their CV's to SPICEJET provided e-mail id after their 2 march ADVERT on national daily's ...all fellow thread posters are just bothered about when will they receive their respective calls from spice to join " Xth batch " on DASH....This are same guys who will run on pprune creating threads/posting things like what too carry for exams or what to expect in exam or what to do when faced with peculiar interview query .....and some of them even send private messages to fellow ppruners about their problems acting like a kid out with a silver spoon with an ending of their query lead by " Thanks and Regards."...what about thanking others by providing few details ...
But no one is really BOTHERED about replying or even trying to findout when will SPICE call rest of us....but they can find when will they recruit from backdoor or when will next TR exam will be done.....

Here comes the Maverick to put a lid on things that is surely being questioned not by one or two but as many as more than 4000+ pilots sitting with hardwork which have been put not for a year but for years.
Maverick there are many and many of pilots who just like you DROPED their CV's by hand by courier by post and by relatives to HQ of SPICEJET and for your concern NONE ...i mean NONE or few which classifies as NONE of them got a CALL....is it EYE wash? is it BADLUCK? or is it PULL thats being going on in SPICE since it came to existence....All know the truth about what is going behind the doors of SPICE which some of guys over here know with you being TOP most amuser knowing everything ...every details about BATCH's ...every news that even a guy working in SPICEJET is not aware off ...If SPICE wanted to call only those who submitted by hand at their DESK then why bother publishing ADVERT on National Daily?....Does it takes a guess...when they took a exam by sending mails marked as classified.....with in limited time frame ?
To make it easier for you ...YES few of NO pull NO Strings pilots got a CALL and are on the way to get RATED and they deserve every second of it.
And for your info....SPICEJET dont entertain for the VACANCIES ....they got a nice one liner for it " Please go through career page on our website and do visit it for future notifications "....now thats AMUSING ....isn't it?
Last but not least this is not an AMUSEMENT site for pilots where we get amused by few ones....and lets not make it a mugfest cuz there are many wise guys like the poster above this post to suggest and about your pointer pointing towards few POST mentioning about next or rumour about next assessment in May ..in June...in July....makes no sense .
Last thing number of intake by SPICE or number of BATCH's will make no DIFFERENCE to some one who didnt made the cut ...be it waiting for next call or email.But news about next ASSESSMENT surely will help others and those who could not make it in first one.
Trying to speculate number of vacancies is way better than doing speculation of how many batch's and when will 3 or 4 or 5 or 6th batch will get a call.
Kindly post things that would make you MATURED enough ...in the end you will put through CRM and i bet you might be knowing what Maturity plays in that.

to everyone who's anxious to know when the next exam is going to be conducted, got to know from someone in spice that the dates haven't been finalized yet..so it can be anytime in june, july or maybe august..nothing's fixed.
