Out with the old in with the new
Challenger05
Maybe you assume too much.
The real trick is going to be whether the new operator is going to make the same mistakes as the old operator and whether or not, as some people will tell you, that the choice of F/Os the first time round was one of those mistakes.

Aviator,
Something does not sound right here.. If you have a JAA licence then you have already done the ATPL exams to be issued a frozen ATPL.
With regard to your type rating you say you have no hours on type? So you never did base training (circuits in the real a/c)? This would lead me to believe your type rating is not valid as you did not join an operator approved for ZFT type ratings, there is a time limit after the rating at which you must commence base and line training.
For your English endorsement, that depends on which state issued your licence, you may have to go to a special approved school and take the test.
Please keep in mind if you have a JAA licence only a JAA TRE can perform your recurrent check - if an Indian TRE does it your paperwork will be rejected (Air India learned this the hard way)
It would seem you need to get your JAA licence in order first, then get your Indian licence issued with the TR (if you can) because with the type but no hours nobody in Europe or the Middle East will touch you.

Ok, if you have "some other" licence, but did a JAA type, have you successfully been able to place that type onto your licence?
In general the TRTO, SIM, course and instructor / examiner have to be approved by your licensing authority.
Just like a JAA pilot can't just hop on a flight to the US do a FAA type rating program and ask the CAA(UK) to place that type on his licence.
So before answers can be given, exactly what licence do you hold and under what authority was your type rating given?

There seems to be a confusion here.
I hold a DGCA license and I just came back home from
my type rating training.
The training programme was based as per JAA standards
and skill check as well.
I have submitted the necessary paperwork to DGCA
and soon B737-800 will be on my license.

How have you completed base training with 0 hours on type? As far as I recall of the top of my head the Indian DGCA also requires 500 on type for the LVO.

I guess things have changed with DGCA
I shall still elaborate my details
I hold a DGCA CPL and now I have finished
my 737 training in a DGCA approved TRTO
so I have furnished the necessary requirements
as my license is under process of completion

Ok,
You say you have completed your base training and that you have 0 hours on type.... you can't have both.
I just checked the current DGCA rules regarding LVO. You need a certain number of hours on type for the LVO. (I hope you did not pay for the LVO course) as you can't use it without either 300 or 500 hours on type as per the DGCA India.

Pawan Hans has recently started seaplane operation in Andaman islands and they are planning to spread the service fast.Right now they have just 1 one A/c but more are coming in.
In their official statement they have mentioned that the planes are on wet lease, which means they have got foreign pilots to fly those plane's. Also they have mentioned that they will be training indigenous pilots to fly in near.
But i have credible info that the hiring or short listing of pilots for these planes has either already been done or is going to be in a very near future, and the process is an internal one.
