It sounds like there is some room for manoeuvre in regards to the outstations. It is just the base/position redundant and not necessarily the pilot as long as they are willing to re-base...

We only get credited with flight hours flown or 4 hours if on airport standby. No factoring or credit for sim. I believe the tre's do get sim recognised.
