EK and basing..

I know this has been done to death,but do EK pilots hold out ANY hope whatsoever of the company setting up bases. One would think that it will eventually become necessary as they struggle to crew...

92K seems awfully low for a 74 F/O,comparable to a certain local low cost carrier.
