Ceased Trading

I received a pdf of a letter confirmed the cessation but also saying that there were no funds to undertake a voluntary liquidation and so they are waiting for a debtor to start the winding up...

This may be on a tangent but you don't need a Form 1 with a radio, for it to be installable on a G-reg.

An FAA 8103-3 is just fine, if the radio is a new part.

What licence do you have ?

If it is JAA then there should be no issue. But if it is CAA you need to get a validation from the DGAC (the forms are online)
If it is FAA and you are EU resident...

ICAO Medicals

Lets hope that it is part of a move to make all ICAO compliant medicals acceptable for use with ICAO licences. I would much prefer to pay $50 for my FAA Class 3 than £250 for a CAA Class 2
