I the Habsheim A320 FDR showed the pilot commanding (stick position) a pitch up before they went into the trees and the flight controls moving in the opposite direction! Explain that please.

Insurance ?

Insurance, well. What is the line on insurance?

If I can not comply by having the licence endorsement - pilot or ATCO then would my liability insurance still cover me, or my employer ?

I believe ICAO says even native English speakers are to be tested, at least once at the beginning and then if ICAO level 6 is not established then they comply with the retesting requirements....

As far as I know there was no wind shear reported at the time of the incident.

It was basically very nice weather as can be seen in the photo with a light breeze, so I think one could discount...

How Far down the runway ?

The tail strike occured on departure from runway 16 at Zürich airport just after passing the intersection with runway 10/28. Most aircraft tend to reach Vr in this area.

Oh and the photo is NOT...
