Hi, I read in the news that there was a severe space weather something going on this weekend, 24 / 25 March.
Newsweek and many others wrote about a storm.

Hi, I read that there was an intense solar storm with a strong radio burst on Dec 14.
Did it have real effects on airplane radio on VHF or UHF ?
There was just a tiny bit of news - often repeated....

What do I tell ATC ? Do they quickly install different surveillance or return to larger separation ?

I read that as 12 minutes past midnight, on 02 March 2023.
So, thatīs 1:03 hrs after takeoff, which flightaware puts at 01 March, 23:09.
