CDN North PA merges with ALPA

I read on Avcanada that a merger with ALPA has taken place. Previously the pilots at Canadian North only had an association. Do I take it from this that they are now ratified as a union? I'm guessing...

I also learned to fly @ MFC and instructed there for a year and a half. Top nitch management and facilities. Low cost of living as well, probably significantly lower than Vancouver.

I'm not sure there are any. I know MFC was looking at the idea a while back, but I think the high CDN dollar would make it difficult. They and a couple of other schoold do offe JAA training.

Most schools in Canada don't offer an ATPL course. It's generally self study.

Aerocourse does do seminar courses in amjor centres around the country. They are based in Toronto or Mississauga.
