CDN North PA merges with ALPA
I read on Avcanada that a merger with ALPA has taken place. Previously the pilots at Canadian North only had an association. Do I take it from this that they are now ratified as a union? I'm guessing this gives them a little more heft in any forthcoming negotiations.
