Leave the SD card in the 795 and connect the 795 via the supplied USB cable to your PC and go to flyGarmin website and login, it will tell you your available updates and manage them for you.

At 46 gph I would be looking for 220k at FL240. At altitude I have heard of Model 60s doing 185k on 30gph at 55%. I bet that is easier on the ear drums too.
