I would say that aviance are ripping you off...

I would say that aviance are ripping you off terribly with the de icing. Iv'e seen them de-ice the whole 737(wings,stab,tail and fuselage) when theres been just frost,also de-icing when not necessary...

If you see a ECAM or EICAS ie, "eng fire" or "apu fire" you should act on it if you see green or red, you should be reading the warning message that identifies a fault to confirm...
