The facts about part time for the first year if commuting could be incorrect. When you say DHL, do you mean DHL Air UK LEJ base or EAT Leipzig. The two are very different.

Depending on how many nights have been worked it is 36 hours / 2 local nights or 60 hours / 2 local nights. Usually this can be done over the weekend when the A/C are in MX.

If the route fails to make the returns that BA need, it can be easily repainted back into Eastern colours if returned.
