A320 / A330 Manual landing at 350 meters RVR?

We know that CAT 2 (300 Meters) requires auto landing or TGS. Any operator allow manual landing below CAT 1 - say 350-400 meters?

A320 Final Approach mode to LNAV minima

I saw this in the FCOM recently.... I didn't realize that the A320 can fly fully managed (FINAL APP) to LNAV minima? I thought it must be done in NAV / FPA.


Can someone shed some light here......

Slats or flaps locked is a non recycle due to possible damage caught by the wing tip brakes as opposed to a Slats / Flaps fault where a recycle is an option.
