With the EICAS msg FLIGHT CONTROLS you have most likely had a Dual ACE failure. (a highly unlikely event - but stuff happens)

Reported in the West Australian last night that a PC12 had a total power failure and managed to make a successful glide approach into Derby.

Was it a RFDS aircraft.
