A 22 Gp staff officer has told the policy Dept at CAA that all service Helos are Single pilot IFR. RTS's will now State 'Single Pilot IFR with a suitably trained aircrew member in the left hand...

Is the latest back door funding for the MOD enough to secure (albeit delayed) the buy of new CH for the RAF?
