It must have been around 2017 that PAL had their ban lifted and they recommenced operations to/from UK, that would logically explain why they moved from reps to having their own...

It must have been around 2017 that PAL had their ban lifted and they recommenced operations to/from UK, that would logically explain why they moved from reps to having their own set-up on the ground...

I really regret the 777 when fitted with 3-4-3 seating, so cramped!
They've started 3-3-3 on 787 too. They seem to put too many into business do need to recoup the list revenue by cramming economy.

I'm hoping to visit Manila from Manchester, just checked, it's £800 cheaper to book from Amsterdam then add on fare from Manchester. Exactly same flights!!!!

Manila Airport closed

NAIA is currently closed due to ash fall from the Taal volcano. Other airports north of Manila may also be affected depending on wind direction.

The usual aircraft on Manila to Davao are Airbus A320/1, my last two flights have been Airbus A340 and Boeing 747-400, maybe they needed the extra cargo capacity as the cabins were relatively empty.

Search other airlines, sometimes with a regular use some airlines will up the price.
nothing to do with UK or Brexit, just sometimes regular users need to switch airlines to get a better deal.
