Movements 2021…SND 34,000, DSA 14,000. Pax numbers are very different but SND has existed for years as a pretty busy GA airfield, customs clearance etc.

The way ANS are handling LGW can only be seen as a great thing for NATS. It wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if the contract comes back their way either at renewal or even possibly before.

I’m afraid there’s nothing new about staff shortages causing night closures. Last year and this there have been several instances of Luton/Stansted and Gatwick having to close for mandatory breaks...
