If your aircraft stalls at 65 knts ( 1.3 stall ) = 84knts so +20knts would be OK...

When joining a busy airfield at say mid day for a fly in it is not unusual to have 10 or more aircraft in the circuit....

I am organising a fly-in at Tibenham on Sunday 20th of this month.
All welcome.

No incedents
No engine failures
No problems.
Therefor demonstrated perfectly safe...
