Ultimately, the test comes if someone flying a PA46 on a 61.75 bends it. I'm not so sure that the insurance company would pay out.

A 61.75 certificate is effectively a validation of the licence upon which it is based. It does NOT confer any new privileges. It merely allows you to exercise your existing ones in an 'N' reg....
