I'm guessing its not possible w/o the req 5 passes. Cos this is under CAAS regs, not SIA's alone. They cant issue u a license if u dont have the requirements.. I dunno about any appeals though.

Oho! They are scraping the 700 hr thing? That time during the jetstar roadshow the jetstar people talked about it! Cos those with foreign CPLs are unable to qualify for the ATP.
