We don't know.

We are guessing its a tech issue but being that there is several bank holidays coming up it could be early next week before we see our pay.

Also no one in HQ to answer our calls.

But you get an extra increment after 2 years if you sign up to be an Expert i.e. to do projects/OJTI/instructor and co-ordinate.
