A bus is a bus mate , engineering dont get paid per seat/weight /bums on seats , yet shoulder the same responsibilty , its the new way of doing busness in the airline industry, sad but true ....

Agree with most sentiments posted regard ground handlers with experience, but knowing the turnover of Aerocare staff in the port at which I work anyone with more than 12 months experience on the ramp...
