The only aircraft designed with reheat that do fast taxy runs at Brunty (to my knowledge) are the Frightnings and they definitely use it on their runs.
Not for very long though! :)

Was watching BBC News earlier (around 10ish) and they showed a contrailing jet over Heathrow airport which caused a bit of excitement for the assembled news staff. Must have been one of the above :ok:

or some distance away. Sudden high energy manoeuvres
could produce a similar effect to that experienced.

Probably F15Cs or Es out of Lakenheath. They're USAF Eagles
and Strike Eagles and are the only UK based fast jets with
twin fins. Hope that's of help.
