The only aircraft designed with reheat that do fast taxy runs at Brunty (to my knowledge) are the Frightnings and they definitely use it on their runs.
Not for very long though! :)

Probably F15Cs or Es out of Lakenheath. They're USAF Eagles
and Strike Eagles and are the only UK based fast jets with
twin fins. Hope that's of help.
