Flew in a Court Line Tristar as a passenger I presume
You say you have 28 years in L1011 command - Court Line stopped in Aug 1974
Spamcanner - Bcal did fly Tristar - in fact the last 2 in Abu Dhabi were in BCAL colours

My five would be (in no particular order);
Tornado GR1 (Played in one as an Air Cadet)
Harrier GR7 (same reason and it's unique)
Concorde
Spitfire
C5 Galaxy (ask my girlfriend why that's on the list )
So many more though, a top 5 isn't enough!
Great idea for a thread by the way

Err,
747-400, -pax only so far, plus a bit of time on the jump seat before 9/11
A380,- no chance yet!
Concorde, - sat in one outside the hangar.
BAe Hawk (1 hour of serious G that I wil lnever forget- thanks Dave H.)
Chipmunk, - many hours in CCF. If only I could get enough loot to buy one now.
2 1/5 out of 5 isn't too bad.

Have to be jet fighters for me. F-15, F-16, F-18, F-22 and MiG-29. The ability to point the nose wherever you choose is something I miss.
Many of the a/c folks are dreaming about are available for the right price.

L1011 (which seem strangely popular on here!)
Concorde
Vulcan
Tiger Moth
Edge 540/Extra 300 and be allowed to go a bit bonkers in it
Though at the moment, I'll be content with whatever hours I can get in a PA-38

1. P-51
2. Mosquito
3. Lancaster
4. F-4
5. B747-400
(but never ever ever ever , on any version of my list, was the L1011 )
One of life'e very minor regrets is that I was born too late and I missed out on the props . Still I've only got almost 1000 hrs in one of the above..and lots more on another. Still I'd give almost all my 747-400 hours for just 1 hour in a P-51... really..but I'm not swopping any of the F-4 hours for anything - that flying was priceless

OK, it's time for me to see you drool.
The reason I have not listed the P-51 is that almost a half-century ago I won a lottery, and the prize was a half-hour in the back of a P-51H - the ultimate production Mustang. It was several hundred pounds lighter than a P-51D, with attendant effect on TO roll and climb rate.
Although I enjoyed the aerobatics, the thing that sticks with me is the SLOW turn rate and LARGE turn radius at cruise speed. We rolled into a 60` right bank, felt 2.0 Gs centripetal force, yet the nose barely crept around the horizon. An object lesson in Newtonian physics!
