Hi fergus,
well the G-Info shows it as not registred and the registration on the dingbat belonged to HS125 in USA De registred aircraft so it looks like having to go through the section BCAR T !!...

Oban Airport
This airfield is open 7 days a week from 09:00 to 18:00hrs (local time). It has a new 1264m long runway.
