Would suggest slightly more than the 700. Ops around Europe in IFR in a 421 can be a challenge. 1500 would be a better figure with 250 on the 421 (or 500 on similar aircraft with similar engines)...

company called ACASS based in Montreal are always good for short term crew and spanners. Mainly FAA/Canadian although they do have JAA as well
