Challenger pilots T&C

Am considering a jump from the airlines (back) into corporate/charter and have got a sniff at a Challenger job.
Any ideas as to what salary, etc, one can expect.
Thanks in advance.

The June issue of ProPilot with it´s salary survey will give you an idea.

US based corporate co-pilot (604):

Avearge/Low/High - 73k/63K/88K

US based charter co-pilot:

63K/50k/74k

I´d suggested ask yourself what you think you are worth and go from there.

Certainly has given me food for thought. Looks like things have moved on a bit since I left for the airlines.
Thanks very much for your replies.

Are you looking for a left or right seat?

The figures for left seat are as follows:

102k/70k/136k

94k/76k/106k

I reckon a F/O in biz aviation makes roughly 2/3 what a captain makes.

Good luck and let us know if you get the job

what licence/reg is the aircraft on?

company called ACASS based in Montreal are always good for short term crew and spanners. Mainly FAA/Canadian although they do have JAA as well

I have a friend that has an A+P and is in need of a job shortly. He's a good engineer and has challenger experience soon to be factory trained.
