I believe it was done for the Sqn 100th a couple of years ago, most of those who bought anniversary watches opted for the much nicer limited edition 51 Sqn Bremont instead.

As for the UKAB it's well worth going as an observer, it an eye opener. It's a shame you cannot say anything as an observer there.
