EU corporate/charter company difference

If the owner wants to sell the aircraft in avinode-like patter, sure he has to go to charter AOC which is based fully on EU OPS! How about if he wants to use the aircarft for its company employees...

We operate CJ1+ and CJ2+ and as those are new EU OPS registered acfts. they are not equipped with TCASII or FDR.....However I heard some rumors it might be compulsory to have each of those equipment...
